Only non-EU nationals can apply for a Spanish Gold
Visa.
What are the advantages of an investor visa?

Spain for one year and travel within the Schengen area.
After 12 months you must apply for a residence
permit (issued automatically). Extending your permit for at least ten years

Do I have to live in Spain for the first year?
No, you don't have to be a physical resident in
